• Plans, directs and controls HECO's vegetation program to ensure safety and reliability.
• Supervises VM staff and manages contractor relations and invoicing.
• Develops program policies, tracks productivity, and communicates with stakeholders.
• Monitors annual operating budget and forecasts costs.
• Represents the company with community and government groups and testifies when needed.
• Performs System Arborist duties and supports cross-department coordination.
