Job summary

Qualifications

• Thorough knowledge of power system and technical expertise.

• Electrical Engineering degree preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities for operation, maintenance, and construction of substations and related facilities.
• Represent department on committees and coordinate with other divisions.
• Develop and enforce safety practices and continuous improvement plans.
• Oversee personnel matters including performance appraisals and discipline.
• Prepare and monitor department budget and resource availability.
• Emergency responder and field oversight responsibilities.
• Oversee clerical support and department coordination.
• Participate in company emergency response activities.
