Caesars Entertainment’s Horseshoe Las Vegas is seeking a Food Server to deliver prompt, courteous service to hotel patrons and ensure a pleasurable dining experience. This on-site role supports a high-energy dining environment as a Steady Extra at the Horseshoe LV property.

You will acknowledge guests, answer menu questions, take beverage orders, ensure order accuracy, and maintain table and area cleanliness while delivering attentive service in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• The primary responsibility of the Food Server is to provide prompt, courteous service to hotel patrons and ensure the guests receive a pleasurable dining experience.
• Acknowledge customer immediately with a smile and inform guests of specials and menu details.
• Take beverage orders and serve in a timely manner.
• Ensure food orders are correct before serving to guests.
• Monitor tables closely and be attentive to guests’ needs.
• Clear empty plates and glasses from tables and place quickly in bus carts.
• Prepare sections and side stations, clean and reset tables.
• Prepare silverware neatly at table and maintain a clean service area.
• Ensure all areas are clean and free of debris.
