Job summary

Caesars Entertainment is seeking a Food Server to provide prompt, courteous service to hotel patrons and ensure a pleasurable dining experience. You will acknowledge guests with a smile, share specials, and guide diners from beverage to plate with attentive service.

The role requires strong English communication, a neat appearance, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment. Compliance with safety and DEI values is expected as part of our guest‑centered experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Effective communication in English, both verbal and written in a professional manner.
• Must present a neat and professional appearance.
• Interacts with customers, public and co-workers.
• Work requires teamwork with other staff members.
• Fast paced, high volume environment involving constant public.
• Requires carrying serving trays weighing up to 15 lbs. and may require lifting bus tubs weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Must be able to tolerate secondary tobacco smoke.

Responsibilities

• Acknowledge customer immediately with a smile.
• Inform guests of any specials and have a full understanding the menu to answer any questions.
• Take beverage order and serve in a timely manner.
• Ensure food order is correct before serving to the guests.
• Monitor tables closely and be attentive to guests’ needs.
• Clear empty plates and glasses from tables and place quickly in bus carts.
• Prepare sections and side stations, making sure tables are cleaned and set properly.
• Prepare silverware neatly and quickly at table. Clean area when finished preparing.
• Make sure all areas are clean and free of debris.

• Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
