Job summary

Viking Therapeutics is seeking an experienced Veeva eQMS Specialist to lead and support full Veeva Vault implementations across QualityDocs, QMS, and Training. You will partner with Quality and cross-functional teams to design scalable, compliant processes and deliver hands-on training for end users.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a GMP-regulated setting, expertise in Veeva Basics, and a track record of optimizing quality systems and training programs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 3–5 years in a regulated industry.
• Hands-on experience with full Veeva Vault or Veeva Basics implementations (QualityDocs, QMS, Training).
• Knowledge of GMP regulatory requirements and quality system processes.
• Strong documentation, training, and audit readiness capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support implementation phases of Veeva Basics modules across QualityDocs, QMS, and Training.
• Configure workflows, document types, metadata, training assignments, and user roles.
• Map current and future eQMS processes (Document Management, Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, Training).
• Develop training materials and deliver hands-on end-user training.
• Support audits and prepare documentation for regulatory inspections.
• Act as SME for Veeva Basics within the Quality organization.
