Job summary

Viking Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an experienced Veeva eQMS Specialist to lead or support implementations across QualityDocs, QMS, and Training within the Vault Quality Suite.

You will partner with Quality and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable system designs. The role requires hands-on Veeva Vault/Basics experience, strong knowledge of GxP and 21 CFR Part 11, and the ability to drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years in a regulated industry.
• Hands-on experience with full Veeva Vault or Veeva Basics implementations.
• Certification in Veeva Vault a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead or support implementation phases of Veeva Basics modules (Quality Docs, Quality Events, Supplier Quality).
• Configure workflows, document types, metadata, training assignments, and user roles.
• Map current and future eQMS processes (Document Management, Change Control, Deviations, CAPA, Complaints, Training).
• Deliver user training and develop training materials for end users.
