Qualifications
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Veeva Vault.
- Strong knowledge of Vault configuration (workflows, lifecycles, security, metadata).
- Experience with validation and GxP/regulatory environments is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Configure and customize Veeva Vault applications per business requirements.
- Design and implement workflows, lifecycles, security, and metadata.
- Support Veeva Vault implementations, migrations, and integrations.
- Develop configuration changes following SDLC and validation processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, QA, and technical teams to gather requirements.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Participate in testing (unit, SIT, UAT) and prepare release notes.
- Ensure deployment activities comply with GxP and regulatory standards.
