Job summary

RICEFW Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Operations professional to administer Windows Server environments across on-prem and cloud-based platforms.

The role focuses on OS upgrades, patch management, automation with PowerShell, and leading migrations to cloud services, ensuring reliability and security. You will support production applications across .NET, Java, SQL/Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain DR and patching

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Windows Server in hybrid environments.
• Strong OS upgrade, patching, and testing background.
• Proficient in PowerShell scripting for centralized automation.
• Experience migrating workloads to cloud platforms.
• Experience with SCCM for patch management and deployment.
• Vulnerability remediation and DR planning experience.

• Azure Administrator Associate and Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer, maintain, and optimize Windows Server environments across on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.

• Develop and use PowerShell scripts and other automation tools to execute centralized and repetitive tasks efficiently.

• Troubleshoot high-impact production issues across hybrid infrastructure and middleware layers.

• Manage patching cycles and use SCCM or similar platforms for automated patch deployment and reporting.

Production Application Support

• Provide advanced server-level support for enterprise applications using .NET, Java, SQL, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, and warehouse technologies.
• Troubleshoot high-impact production issues across hybrid infrastructure and middleware layers.

Communication & Collaboration
