Qualifications

• Advanced BIM and CAD skills with leadership in virtual design environments.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects by establishing VDC execution strategies and schedules.
• Manage design and coordination across multiple projects with milestone dates.
• Assess resources and delegate tasks to ensure timely delivery.
• Mentor design staff on technical skills and learning opportunities.
• Troubleshoot design, coordination, and installation issues with the team.
• Build relationships with field leaders and coach on technical leadership.
