Actalent in Grand Rapids, MI is seeking a VDC / BIM Specialist / Coordinator to lead and coordinate BIM/VDC efforts across pre-construction, design, and project management teams. You will manage models, support coordination, and drive constructability and quality throughout the project lifecycle.

The role offers a path into BIM leadership within the VDC department, requires a BIM-related degree and strong Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD skills, and is onsite with contract-to-hire potential.

Qualifications

Job Description

The VDC / BIM Specialist / Coordinator supports pre-construction, design, and project management teams by leading and coordinating Building Information Modeling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) activities. This role focuses on managing and analyzing models, facilitating coordination among project stakeholders, and ensuring constructability, quality, and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle. The position offers the opportunity to grow into a key leadership role within the BIM/VDC department.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grand Rapids, MI.

Pay And Benefits

The pay range for this position is $36.06 - $40.87/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
