Job summary

DPR Construction is seeking a seasoned VDC leader to manage SPW VDC execution across multiple projects in a self-perform environment. You will guide VDC engineers, coordinate multi-trade BIM processes, and align digital workflows with construction sequencing and scheduling goals.

With 7–9 years in VDC/BIM and a relevant bachelor’s degree, you’ll drive consistent modeling standards, innovation adoption, and safety-focused field integration at DPR’s projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or related field.
• 7–9 years of experience in VDC/BIM or related field.
• Experience managing teams and coordinating multi-trade VDC processes.

Responsibilities

• Manages SPW VDC execution across assigned projects with coordination to field operations.
• Supervises and develops VDC Engineers and provides coaching.
• Leads project-specific VDC planning and delivery review.
• Oversees implementation of project-specific VDC Execution Plans (VDCx).
