Miller Electric Company is seeking a VDC Manager who will play a vital role in the efficiency of VDC processes. You will mentor the VDC team, promote innovation, and facilitate collaboration within the department.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Revit, project coordination, and the ability to guide strategic planning while maintaining strong relationships with internal clients and ensuring project milestones are met.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience with Revit software.
• 5+ years of experience as a Project Coordinator.
• Experience managing a VDC department is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Guide the development of the VDC strategic plan.
• Hold direct reports accountable for managing production.
• Develop project VDC budget estimates.
• Maintain a man loaded schedule for current and future projects.
