Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in commercial construction in a BIM or VDC-related role.
• Ability to understand construction schedules, architectural and engineering drawings.
• Advanced knowledge of building construction and BIM processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage the BIM coordination process with limited oversight.
• Create and run BIM kickoff meetings and the project BIM Execution Plan.
• Support the estimating process and prepare model quantity take-offs.
