Qualifications

• Bachelor level degree in Architecture, Engineering, BIM or related field
• 5-7 years of VDC Coordination experience or equivalent
• Strong BIM and VDC coordination knowledge
• Proven leadership, communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Supports Senior VDC Manager and VDC Director in regional VDC planning, training, software implementation, and BU plans and sales goals
• Develops VDC standards and BEP documents; coordinates schedules with project teams
• Leads multiple VDC tasks and deliverables across projects
• Manages VDC resources and budgets with Senior VDC Manager/Director; ensures staffing aligns with company standards
• Trains and develops VDC engineers; builds high-performing teams
• Represents Gilbane in BD pursuits and client interviews; participates in national VDC initiatives
