Job summary

CMD Electric is seeking a skilled VDC Drafter to join our team and drive project success through precise planning and accurate execution. You will develop detailed Revit models for electrical systems and coordinate with trades to ensure clash-free designs for commercial and multifamily projects.

Qualifications

• Proven experience using Revit for electrical modeling (1+ years preferred).
• Hands‑on knowledge of electrical systems and construction practices preferred.
• Experience working with field teams on constructability reviews.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize under pressure.
• Experience in commercial and multi‑family projects preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

• Will train in the use and program total station survey equipment and be able to do field layout.

Posted Salary Range

USD $61,000.00 - USD $76,000.00 /Yr.
