Job summary

Crusoe is scaling next-generation data centers and modular infrastructure for the high-performance AI era. As the Digital Delivery (VDC) Program Lead, you will act as the owner-side SME, ensuring that digital delivery guidelines, BIM tenant requirements, and owner standards are implemented across the project lifecycle.

This senior role requires leading VDC coordination, enforcing standards in ACC/Forma, and guiding design-to-field handover for large-scale facilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in design/construction with VDC/BIM management.
• Hands-on experience with ACC and Forma in large-scale facilities.
• Background in complex high-tech infrastructure and data centers.
• Strong BIM coordination, modeling, and QA/QC focus.

Responsibilities

• Support alignment and enforce owner standards across the DIG project portfolio.
• Serve as the owner-side SME for digital delivery and BIM requirements.
• Manage CDE governance and project hosting in Autodesk Forma and ACC.
• Coordinate model validation, clash detection, and issue resolution.
• Lead design review and VDC meetings across active projects.
• Stay ahead of VDC tools and workflows to accelerate delivery.
