Job summary

Crusoe is scaling next-generation data centers and modular infrastructure for the high-performance AI era. As the Digital Delivery Program Lead, you will anchor owner-side BIM and digital delivery across Crusoe’s data center projects, ensuring standards, data integrity, and seamless handovers from design to operations.

This senior role requires hands-on ACC/Forma mastery, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to scaling processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in design/construction with a focus on VDC and BIM management.
• 7+ years hands-on ACC and Forma experience.
• Deep knowledge of BIM standards, LOD, and data-rich models.

Responsibilities

• Enforce and refine owner standards across the DIG portfolio.
• Act as owner-side SME for digital delivery, reporting to executives.
• Oversee CDE governance, clash detection, and QA/QC processes.
