AECOM Hunt is seeking a hands-on VDC Manager to support the Fort Worth Convention Center project. You will lead BIM and MEP trade coordination, work with project teams to resolve challenges, and implement digital technologies to improve delivery.

This onsite role offers ownership of VDC coordination on a high-profile project while mentoring junior staff and driving innovation across the region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus at least 8 years of BIM/VDC experience.
• Hands-on BIM/VDC and MEP coordination on commercial construction projects, including clash detection.
• Experience using BIM/VDC tools such as Navisworks, Revizto, Revit, and ACC with ability to support project teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM/VDC coordination across mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), structural, and other trades.
• Facilitate coordination meetings, identify and resolve model clashes with subcontractors.
• Develop and implement BIM Execution Plans (BEP), workflows, and digital delivery strategies.
• Provide hands-on support for VDC platforms, including Navisworks, Revit, and ACC.
• Manage VDC deliverables, coordination reporting, field verification, and as-built model updates.
• Mentor junior VDC professionals and share best practices as the team grows.
