Job summary

AECOM Hunt is seeking a hands-on VDC Manager to lead BIM and MEP trade coordination for the Fort Worth Convention Center project. You will work with project teams to resolve challenges and implement digital technologies that improve delivery.

This role offers ownership of VDC coordination on a high-profile project and opportunities to drive innovation and mentor junior VDC professionals on the regional team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years BIM Technology experience or equivalent.
• Hands-on BIM/VDC and MEP coordination on commercial construction projects with clash detection.
• Experience with Navisworks, Revizto, Revit and ACC, able to support project teams independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead BIM/VDC coordination across MEP, structural, and other trades.
• Facilitate coordination meetings, resolve model clashes, address constructability issues with subcontractors.
• Develop BEP, coordination workflows, and digital delivery strategies for the project.
• Provide hands-on support for VDC platforms: Navisworks, Revit, ACC.
• Manage VDC deliverables, coordination reporting, field verification and as-built updates.
• Mentor junior VDC professionals and share best practices with the team.
