Qualifications

Bachelors in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Construction Management preferred, or an equivalent VDC/BIM program.
3–5 years of relevant experience or coursework in BIM/VDC environments.
Proficiency with BIM software and project coordination tools is expected.
Ability to read drawings, comprehend specifications, and apply building codes.

Responsibilities

Create virtual simulations to validate site logistics, safety, sequencing, scheduling, and VR experiences.
Coordinate 3D models with operations teams from kick-off through closeout.
Perform preconstruction model tasks: quality checks, schedule validation, constructability reviews, and virtual mock-ups.
Drive R&D of new software, hardware, and tech to improve project delivery.
