Vertical Dimensions in Tukwila, WA, is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a full-time, first-shift role. You will inspect incoming shipments, maintain records, and prepare outgoing orders with accurate documentation.

The position requires attention to detail, forklift experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety and quality standards. On-site at our Tukwila facility with a Monday–Friday schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prev shipping/receiving experience preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping procedures, documentation, and applicable requirements.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to maintain shipping and inventory records.
• Attention to detail and precision.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of safety procedures.
• Ability to measure within 1/16 inch.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments; verify contents against documentation.
• Record and track shipment information using systems or logs.
• Package, label, and prepare outgoing shipments for delivery.
• Coordinate with carriers and departments to ensure timely shipments.
• Maintain inventory records and monitor stock levels.
• Identify and report discrepancies or damaged materials.
• Load/unload materials with a forklift as needed.
• Perform general warehouse duties to keep area organized and safe.
• Support other duties as assigned.
