Job summary

The Veterans Canteen Service at the Menlo Park VA Medical Center is seeking an Operations Supervisor to lead daily operations, ensure quality guest service, and manage multi-unit food service at the campus canteen.

• ServSafe Manager certification is required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire.

• A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel and experience with Point-of-Sale systems are required.
