Sikich LLP seeks an experienced IT services leader to own client relationships and guide Sikich teams in delivering exceptional managed IT services. The role requires strong project management, budget oversight, and travel flexibility to support Northeast Ohio, Chicagoland, and national clients.

The ideal candidate excels in communication, leadership, and aligning technology strategies with business goals, driving client satisfaction and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Managed Services with PSA/ITSM and RMM tools.
• Ability to manage multiple client environments and drive standardization.
• Strong translator between business needs and technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Own client relationships for assigned regions and national IT managed service clients.
• Lead and manage Sikich teams to deliver IT services and solutions.
• Prepare annual capital and operating budgets with sales and Sikich standards.
• Coordinate with sales, project, and NOC teams to manage budgets and deliverables.
• Provide escalation support and ensure best-in-class customer service.
• Drive continual improvement of standards, documentation, and processes.
