Job summary

HDR is looking for an operational support specialist for their VCF private cloud platform based in Woodcliff Lake, NJ. This role includes performing tasks such as monitoring platform health, assisting with lifecycle operations, and supporting the administration of SDDC Manager.

Applicants should have a minimum of 3 years in infrastructure operations and hands-on VMware vSphere experience. The salary range for this position is $103,950 – $148,500 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure operations, virtualization, or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere administration.
• Experience managing ESXi hosts, clusters, and virtual machines.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code concepts.
• Ability to support operational tasks in a production environment with attention to change control.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operational support for the VCF private cloud platform.
• Support administration of SDDC Manager and workload domains.
• Monitor platform health, utilization, and capacity.
• Participate in incident response for infrastructure and platform issues.
