Job summary

HDR is looking for an operational support professional to manage the VCF private cloud platform in Harrisburg, PA. This role involves administration of SDDC Manager, executing routine tasks, and ensuring platform health across a 24/7 operational environment.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in VMware technologies, scripting skills, and at least three years of experience in infrastructure operations. This position requires flexibility for scheduled on-call duties and collaboration within a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in infrastructure operations, virtualization, or systems administration.
• Hands-on experience with VMware vSphere administration.
• Experience managing ESXi hosts, clusters, and virtual machines.
• Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code concepts and methods.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support for the VCF private cloud platform.
• Administer SDDC Manager and vSphere cluster operations.
• Execute routine platform tasks such as host adds/removals.
• Participate in incident response as a first responder.
