Aufgaben

• Manage VC fund audit engagements from pre-planning through report issuance with minimal oversight from Directors/Partners.
• Develop audit strategies, risk assessments, engagement plans, staffing plans, and timelines.
• Review workpapers, financial statements, and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Research and resolve technical matters including investment valuations, partner allocations, capital activity, distributions, and syndication costs.
• Supervise multiple engagements and teams simultaneously.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact.
• Draft management letter comments and discuss findings with clients.
• Support billing and collections for assigned clients.
• Mentor, train, and supervise Associates and Seniors.
