BCG Attorney Search seeks a midlevel associate to join a Seattle-based Emerging Companies and Venture Capital group. The role focuses on representing innovative companies and funds across the lifecycle, including startup formations, financing, and M&A.

You will work with seasoned practitioners on sophisticated venture capital matters, manage client relationships, and contribute to complex transactions in a dynamic team setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in emerging companies and venture capital.
• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to practice law in the state of Washington.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients in business formation, financing transactions, and mergers and acquisitions.
• Manage internal and external client and counsel relationships effectively.
• Collaborate with experienced practitioners on venture capital matters.
