You will build business cases, run DFMA and FMEA efforts, and present recommendations to leadership while advancing productivity and margin expansion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
• 8+ years in product development, sustaining engineering,VE or cost-reduction.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex cost-reduction projects from concept to production.
• Build business cases and project justifications with quantified savings.
• Develop concepts, calculations, models, drawings, specs, and validation plans.
• Coordinate prototype builds, testing, and engineering releases.
