Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years teller or related experience.
• Able to assist members and fellow tellers professionally.
• Strong cash handling with high accuracy.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Excellent customer service, including phone skills.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Process members’ financial transactions and resolve questions about products/services.
• Provide high-quality service in drive-thru and walk-up areas while following policies.
• Assist with vault cash handling and teller requests; manage instruments.
• Balance the vault, ATM, and cash dispensers; review daily closing issues.
• Ensure monthly cash drawer audits are completed and recorded.
• Handle complex member complaints and transaction inquiries.
• Perform opening and closing procedures for the branch.
