Job summary

Loomis is seeking a Vault Teller in Orlando, FL to support vault operations and maintain cash inventory for Loomis customers. You will work with a team to verify deposits, count and record cash, and coordinate with colleagues and customers as needed.

The role requires physical stamina, the ability to move heavy loads, and familiarity with English-language receipts and reports. It is a full-time position with a focus on security and accuracy within vault environments.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and move currency, checks, and coin weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to push/pull wagons or carts weighing several hundred pounds.
• Stand and move for long shifts on concrete floors (approx. 80% of the time).
• Read and speak English well enough to read receipts, manifests and reports.
• Meet state handgun license requirements or security officer qualifications if required.
• As part of vault custodian qualification, complete required evaluation testing.

Responsibilities

• Check identifiers on deposits and change shipments against receipts or manifests.
• Count items, record amounts and serial numbers, sign and date receipts/manifests.
• Load/unload bags and boxes of currency and coin for transport.
• Sort cargo by route and communicate with teammates and customers as needed.
