Job summary

Loomis US is hiring for a Vault Teller/Custodian role. You will maintain inventory in cash vaults for Loomis customers, work with a team, and perform counts and documentation of cash shipments.

Hours are Monday–Friday, 2:00pm–midnight. The position requires physical lifting, movement of currency and equipment, and adherence to security requirements, with comprehensive benefits available.

Qualifications

• Ability to load/unload currency, checks, and coin weighing up to 50 lbs per item.
• Ability to read and follow receipts, manifests and reports.
• Ability to stand/walk for long shifts and work in vault environments.
• Ability to pass firearms requirements per state or security standards.

Responsibilities

• Verify bag seals and counts against receipts or manifests.
• Count items, record amounts and serials; sign receipts and manifests.
• Load/unload bags and boxes of currency; transport with carts or wagons.
• Sort cargo items by route and maintain vault inventory.
• Maintain clear communication with co-workers and customers.
