Job summary

Loomis US in Orlando, FL is seeking a Vault Custodian to join our security-focused team. You will support inventory control in our cash vaults and work with a small team to ensure accurate processing and customer service.

This position is full-time, hourly, and may require substantial physical effort, including lifting 50 lbs and standing most of the shift. Benefits and advancement opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and speak English sufficiently to converse with coworkers and customers.
• Ability to load/unload bags and boxes weighing ~50 lbs repeatedly.
• Stand/walk on concrete floor for a large portion of shift and lift/carry heavy loads.
• Capability to balance numbers and complete handwritten records accurately.
• Possess or obtain handgun license/permit or Security Officer Commission if required.

Responsibilities

• Check identifying numbers or seals on bags against receipts or manifests.
• Count items, record amounts and serial numbers, sign and date receipts.
• Load/unload wagons or carts with bags/boxes of currency.
• Sort cargo items by route and communicate with team and customers.
• Prepare reports and balance columns of numbers.
