Job summary

Loomis is seeking a Vault Supervisor in Dallas to oversee vault and CMS operations, coordinate dispatch, and manage costs while ensuring safety and security. You will lead branch staff, enforce policies, and liaise with sales and corporate teams to maintain service levels.

The role requires 3+ years in vault/cash processing, strong analytical skills, and MS Office proficiency. Ability to work extended hours, some Saturdays and holidays, is expected. Competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of operations experience in vault, cash, or coin processing environment.
• Excellent analytical and math skills and accuracy are essential.
• Solid written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and banking database systems.
• Familiarity with computerized timekeeping systems and cash processing equipment is preferred.
• Must work extended hours, some Saturdays and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate route and dispatch functions.
• Control operating costs and ensure safety of employees, vehicles, and facilities.
• Ensure security of cargo and terminal through policies and training.
• Investigate accidents and process required paperwork.
• Develop and maintain customer service capabilities among operations staff.
• Coordinate with Sales, branches, District and corporate staff, vendors and other carriers.
• Manage overtime, vacation scheduling and overall efficiency of operations.
• Direct vault operations, scheduling, procedures and policy enforcement.
• Monitor branch profitability, losses, and risk management.
• Lead and train staff, discipline and evaluate employees daily.
• Communicate with customers and sales/administration for updates and payroll issues.
