Job summary

Movado Group, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Coordinator in Moonachie, NJ to support the Vault Operations team. You will ensure accurate processing, storage, and movement of inventory, with systems updates in LogixPro and SAP.

You will coordinate daily deliveries, investigate discrepancies, and perform regular cycle counts while collaborating with Vault, Receiving, IT, and Returns teams. Experience with SAP and LogixPro is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

1–2 years of coordinator, inventory, warehouse, or distribution experience in a high-volume environment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy with ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

Coordinate daily flow of deliveries in SAP and LogixPro with Vault team.
Maintain and update LogixPro inventory locations and put-away transactions.
Research and resolve inventory discrepancies, overages, shortages and mis–picks.
Train and assist new employees on Vault processes.
Communicate with IT on equipment issues and enhancements.
Perform weekly cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
Downgrade watches in SAP and LogixPro as needed.
Assist with annual Physical Inventory preparation.
