Job summary

Movado Group is seeking an Inventory Control Coordinator in Moonachie, NJ to manage daily inventory flow within the Vault Operations department. You will coordinate deliveries, maintain LogixPro data, and resolve discrepancies while collaborating with Receiving, Returns, IT, and other teams.

The role requires attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include weekly cycle counts, SKU adjustments in SAP, and training new staff.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of coordinator, inventory, warehouse, or distribution experience.
• Experience coordinating workflow, inventory movement, or warehouse activities.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily flow of deliveries in LogixPro and SAP with Vault team.
• Maintain and update LogixPro database for locations and transactions.
• Research and resolve inventory discrepancies and overages/shortages.
• Perform weekly cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
• Train new employees on Vault processes and assist IT with equipment issues.
