Loomis is seeking a Vault Custodian to maintain inventory in cash vaults for Loomis customers. The role involves checking deposits against receipts, counting and recording items, and loading/unloading currency bags using carts and wagons.

Strong attention to detail and steady communication with staff and customers are essential. This full-time on-site position requires the ability to lift heavy loads, stand and move for long shifts, and meet security-related requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain physical stamina to lift and move bags of currency and coins.
• Attention to detail for counting, recording, and balancing numbers.
• Ability to read and understand receipts, manifests, and reports.
• Strong communication with coworkers and customers.

Responsibilities

• Check bags of deposits against receipts/manifests.
• Count items and record amounts, signing receipts and manifests.
• Load/unload bags of currency; move with carts and wagons.
• Sort cargo by route and report any discrepancies.
• Communicate with co-workers and customers as needed.
