Job summary

AdventHealth in Orlando, FL is seeking a Registered Vascular Technologist to produce high-quality diagnostic ultrasound images and support vascular procedures. You will position patients, follow safety protocols, and assist physicians in invasive exams while maintaining thorough documentation.

Requires RVT, BLS, and an Associate or technical/vocational degree, with 1+ year related experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:30pm; a $5k sign-on bonus may float to nearby practices.

Qualifications

• Produces quality diagnostic ultrasound images following department policies.
• Performs ultrasound procedures per hospital policies and safety standards.
• Positions and transfers patients for exams and ensures proper lab work is delivered.

Responsibilities

• Maintains records per department policies.
• Assists physicians in invasive procedures and specimen delivery.
• Adheres to AIDET communication protocols (Acknowledge, Introduce, Duration, Explanation, Thank).
• Maintains department orderliness and restocks supplies as needed.
