Job summary

The Longstreet Clinic in Gainesville, GA is seeking a Vascular Technologist to perform vascular ultrasound studies with independent judgment, supporting physician interpretation. Qualifications

• RVT or Certificate in Diagnostic Medical Sonography in field of Vascular.
• BLS Certification.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0-2 Years of Vascular Experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs vascular ultrasound procedures with independent judgment.
• Communicates assessment findings to the reading physician.
• Accurately inputs data for charges and maintains records.
• Assists with patient comfort, ambulation and positioning.
• Maintains supplies and equipment; participates in on-call coverage.
• Supports performance improvement and accreditation activities.
