Job summary

Great Falls Clinic Hospital in Great Falls, MT is seeking a vascular ultrasound technologist to perform vascular ultrasound exam(s)/procedures in accordance with established practices for diagnostic and treatment purposes. You will receive direction from CVT leadership and providers.

Requirements include graduation from an accredited ultrasound technologist program, ARRT (US) or ARDMS certification, and BLS. Two years of ultrasound technologist experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound technologist program.
• 2 years of ultrasound technologist experience preferred.
• ARRT (US) or ARDMS Certification and BLS.
• Working knowledge of imaging equipment and ability to follow established policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound exams and procedures in accordance with established practices and procedures for diagnostic and treatment purposes.
• Receive direction from CVT Leadership and providers.
• Maintain accurate imaging records and adhere to safety standards.

POSITION OVERVIEW:

Responsible for performing vascular ultrasound exam(s)/procedures in accordance with established practices and procedures for diagnostic and treatment purposes. Receives direction from: CVT Leadership and providers.

EDUCATION:

• Graduate of an accredited ultrasound technologist program

EXPERIENCE:

• 2 years of experience in an ultrasound technologist position, preferred.

LICENSE/CERTIFICATIONS:

• ARRT (US) or ARDMS Certification
• BLS

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:

• Working knowledge of imaging equipment
• Able to follow Great Falls Hospital and Great Falls Clinic policies and procedures
• Anatomy and Physiology
• Ability to follow and apply written direction
• Attention to detail when performing imaging exam(s)/procedures
• Computer and keyboarding skills
• Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel knowledge
