Job summary

St. Elizabeth Healthcare seeks a skilled vascular technologist to perform non-invasive vascular studies for diagnosis and treatment planning.

You will operate specialized equipment and contribute to high-quality patient care within the Edgewood Cardiology Mobile Health Unit. Requirements include a cardiovascular ultrasound degree and active ARDMS/CCI registration, with new grads given 1 year to obtain registry.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited cardiovascular ultrasound degree program or qualifying experience per IAC guidelines.
• Registered in non-invasive imaging with active ARDMS or CCI registry; new grads have 1 year to obtain registry.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive vascular studies in accordance with IAC standards and Medical Director approval; may operate mobile van to client/site locations.
• Evaluate preliminary results and document findings with clear reports.
• Correlate clinical presentation with diagnostic findings to assess vascular disease.
• Obtain complete history and assess potential effects on vascular system.
• Maintain equipment and inventory, report malfunctions, and ensure quality assurance.
