The Hospitals of Providence – Memorial Campus in El Paso, TX seeks a Vascular Surgeon to join an established group at a 500-bed campus with Joint Commission PVD designation and strong clinical resources.

This position offers a Monday–Friday schedule with 1:4 call, a guaranteed base salary plus production bonus, full malpractice coverage, relocation assistance, CME time with stipend, and in-house billing support to maximize patient care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree and board eligibility/certification in vascular surgery.
• Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in vascular surgery.

Responsibilities

• Join an established vascular surgery group at a 500-bed hospital.
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with 1–2 dedicated surgical days per week.
• Call: 1:4 rotation with vascular coverage adjusted by volume.
• Patient volume: 10–15 patients per clinic day; 8–10 procedures per week.

Position Highlights

• Specialty: Vascular Surgery — joining an established group practice
• Schedule: Monday–Friday with 1–2 dedicated surgical days per week
• Call: 1:4 rotation, with vascular coverage adjusted based on volume and surgical load
• Patient Volume: 10–15 patients per clinic day; 8–10 procedures per week
• Patient Mix: Majority outpatient surgical cases with inpatient consult coverage as needed
• Practice Setting: 500-bed academic-level community hospital with Joint Commission PVD designation and Center of Excellence designation for weight loss surgery
• Billing & Coding: Handled entirely in-house — no administrative burden on the physician
