Job summary

Tenet Healthcare and The Hospitals of Providence Sierra Campus invite a fellowship-trained Neurosurgeon to join a well-established practice in El Paso, TX. You will be supported by a two-neurosurgeon team and an APP, within a Comprehensive Stroke Center environment.

Operate cranial and spine cases at Sierra Campus and across additional campuses as needed, with centralized billing and strong administrative support to enable focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required and board eligibility or certification in Neurosurgery.
• Fellowship training in neurosurgery is required.
• Active Texas medical license or eligibility to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• General neurosurgery scope including cranial and spine procedures.
• Primary practice at Sierra Campus with potential to expand call coverage and campuses.
• Collaborative team: 2 Neurosurgeons + 1 APP with robust support.

Position Highlights

• Full-time, employed neurosurgery opportunity
• General neurosurgery scope including cranial and spine procedures
• Primary practice at Sierra Campus with option to expand call coverage and grow across additional campuses
• Group structure: 2 Neurosurgeons + 1 APP
• Cover 2 facilities located approximately 2 miles apart
• Sierra Campus: 306-bed facility with 12 OR suites, hybrid OR, 3 cath labs, dedicated Neuro suite, biplane, and Stealth Navigation — designated Comprehensive Stroke Center
• Access to a full four-campus hospital network, the largest in the El Paso region
• Additional campuses include Primary Stroke Centers, teaching facilities, and advanced hybrid OR capabilities
• Centralized billing, coding, and collections support
• In-house HR, IT, marketing, business development, and PR teams
• No Texas state income tax
