You will work with vascular surgeons and the interdisciplinary team to manage complex patients across the continuum of care, including inpatient and outpatient consults, pre/post‑procedural assessments, and patient education.

Qualifications

• Current licensure as a Physician Assistant in Maryland or eligibility for Maryland licensure
• Current NCCPA certification
• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
• Clinical experience in vascular surgery or related acute care settings preferred
• Ability to manage complex, high-acuity patients in a fast-paced environment
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Collaborative, physician-supported practice model

Responsibilities

• Managing inpatient and outpatient vascular consults and follow-up care
• Providing pre- and post-procedural patient assessments, care, and education
• Collaborating with vascular surgeons, PAs, and clinical staff
• Supporting care coordination and clinical decision-making for high-acuity patients
• Ensuring continuity of care across inpatient and outpatient settings
• Contributing to quality, safety, and process improvement initiatives
