Job summary

Boston Medical Center Health System is seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the Vascular Surgery team at BMC Brighton. This full-time, outpatient role involves collaborating with vascular surgeons on arterial, venous, and lymphatic care in a busy academic health system.

The position requires an MS/DO degree, MA license (or eligibility), DEA registration (or eligibility), BLS/ACLS, and Epic EMR experience.

Qualifications

• Advanced Practice Provider required degree from an accredited NP/PA program.
• Massachusetts NP or PA license (or eligibility).
• DEA registration (or eligibility) and BLS/ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive histories and physicals.
• Evaluate and manage arterial/venous/lymphatic diseases.
• Develop treatment plans with vascular surgeons; manage pre/post-op.
• Educate patients on disease management, wound care, medications, and lifestyle changes.
• Coordinate care with primary care and other specialists; document in EMR.
