Qualifications

• Current WA State RN licensure for ARNP or PA-C licensure.
• Graduate Degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
• National certification as ARNP/PA and DEA eligibility.
• Proven excellence working in an interdisciplinary team.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills; clinical expertise in vascular surgery care.
• Effective English communication, written and spoken.
• Basic computer skills.
• Vascular surgery experience preferred; new grads with vascular training may be considered with onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Provide independent and collaborative patient management across inpatient and outpatient care at Harborview Medical Center.
• Work on a dedicated vascular inter-professional team with physicians, surgeons and nurses.
• Educate nursing and resident staff.
• Participate in quality improvement projects within the Division of Vascular Surgery.
• Perform other related duties as required.
