Sentara Norfolk General Hospital is hiring full-time Registered Nurses for our Vascular Stepdown Intermediate Care Unit (9K), home to Hampton Roads' only Level I Trauma Center.

Location: Sentara Norfolk General Hospital - Norfolk, VA. 9 Kaufman unit focuses on vascular surgery, telemetry, and renal/pancreas transplant care. New graduate RNs welcome; starting pay for new grads is $36.00/hour. Sign-on up to $15,000 and relocation assistance offered.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Registered Nursing is required.
• BSN or MSN preferred.
• Students completing an accredited nursing program may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Care for vascular stepdown/intermediate care patients on the 9 Kaufman unit.
• Work in telemetry and transplant care contexts as part of a collaborative team.
• Provide high-acuity nursing care in a fast-paced environment and support patient safety.

Education
