The unit focuses on vascular surgery, telemetry, and transplant care, emphasizing teamwork, clinical skill development, and patient-centered outcomes.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Registered Nursing required
• BSN or MSN preferred
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire
• Experience in vascular, telemetry, or intermediate care is a plus
• New graduate RNs welcome with Transition to Practice program

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in the Vascular Stepdown Intermediate Care Unit
• Monitor telemetry and patient status with critical thinking
• Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and support staff to coordinate care
• Support transplant and vascular procedures post-op care as needed
