Job summary

USA Clinics Group seeks a Vascular Sonographer to perform comprehensive vascular ultrasound assessments of the lower extremities with a focus on patient experience. Travel between multiple Bronx clinics is required, and the role is full-time with shifts from early morning to evening hours, including weekends.

Compensation ranges from $40-$45 per hour based on experience. Eligible candidates hold an accredited program credential and vascular ultrasound certification within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Vascular Ultrasound program.
• Current RVT, RVS, or RPhS credential, or eligibility to obtain certification within 90 days.
• Experience with venous insufficiency, reflux, venous mapping and venous duplex studies preferred.
• Ability to independently perform vascular ultrasound examinations and produce high‑quality diagnostic images.
• Strong communication skills in a patient‑focused healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound studies including venous insufficiency, venous reflux, venous mapping, and venous duplex examinations.
• Perform additional vascular imaging studies if applicable such as carotid, arterial duplex, ABI, DVT, and PVR testing.
• Independently perform and document ultrasound examinations while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Support patient care within a vein clinic, vascular laboratory, or related vascular imaging environment.
• Utilize PACS and EMR systems to document studies, manage images, and support clinical workflow.
• Apply broad sonography knowledge when appropriate, including experience with general ultrasound modalities such as OB/GYN and abdominal.
