Job summary

BB Imaging, a sonographer-led ultrasound provider, is seeking a Vascular Sonographer to perform high-quality imaging across clinic sites.

You will travel within your assigned area, review patient data, and create physician-ready reports while mentoring teammates and maintaining equipment. Applicants should have RVT/RVS credentials and 1+ years of vascular experience, with strong anatomy knowledge and HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) or Registered Vascular Specialist (RVS) credential.
• 1+ years vascular sonography experience.
• Knowledgeable of human anatomy and medical terminology related to specialty.
• Knowledge of applied physics related to ultrasound.
• Compliant with HIPAA as it relates to EMR systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Calm under pressure and compassionate with patients.
• Bachelor's degree in Sonography or related field (bonus point).

Responsibilities

• Perform sonographic procedures.
• Travel to clinic sites within your assigned area.
• Inspect and review patient charts, reports, labs and medical history.
• Create reports to assist physician documentation.
• Communicate sonographic findings to physician.
• Assist with training and mentoring new team members.
• Communicate machine errors or needs to maintain equipment quality.
• Restock rooms with required supplies for examinations.
• Increase knowledge via CMEs.
• Other duties assigned by managers.
