Job summary

USA Clinics Group in Marietta and Decatur is seeking a Vascular Sonographer to perform vascular ultrasound exams focused on the lower extremities, delivering high‑quality studies and an exceptional patient experience.

Full‑time role with compensation $41–$48 per hour based on experience. You will document studies in PACS/EMR and support clinical workflow while meeting accuracy and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography or Vascular Ultrasound program.
• Current RVT, RVS, or RPhS credential, or eligibility to obtain certification within 90 days.
• Experience with venous insufficiency, reflux, venous mapping and venous duplex studies preferred.
• Ability to independently perform vascular ultrasound examinations and produce high-quality images.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a patient-focused healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform vascular ultrasound studies including venous insufficiency, reflux, venous mapping, and venous duplex examinations.
• Perform additional vascular imaging studies such as carotid, arterial duplex, ABI, DVT, and PVR testing.
• Independently perform and document ultrasound examinations while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.
• Support patient care within a vein clinic, vascular laboratory, or related vascular imaging environment.
• Utilize PACS and EMR systems to document studies, manage images, and support clinical workflow.
• Apply broad sonography knowledge including OB/GYN and abdominal modalities when appropriate.
